Where we once stored potatoes, we now play padel. What started as a slightly mad experiment to prove a potato store could do more than hold spuds has somehow turned into the premium indoor courts for the York area… and we're not done yet.
Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world and we wanted to make it accessible to our local people here in North Yorkshire. As a result we transformed our barn into two premium indoor padel courts, creating a space where sport, countryside and community come together.
Today, The Padel Farm is more than just somewhere to book a court — it's a place to have a laugh, get competitive, meet new people and switch off for a couple of hours, whether you've never picked up a racket before or you play every week.
